This free day serves as an orientation day for your dog. Our highly-trained staff introduces your dog to our other canine guests, one at a time. They are never left unsupervised. This way, we find the right playgroup for your dog, and screen out unfriendly or unsocial dogs. Your dog must be dropped off before 3 pm so as to be sure to meet all our other canine guests. Available Monday - Thursday, except for Holidays.

How it works
Introduction Day
Bring your dog for their free first day of day care. This serves as an orientation day where our staff introduces your dog to our other canine guests one at a time, ensuring they're never left unsupervised. We assess their temperament and play style to find the right playgroup for them.
Dropping Off
Your dog is free to relieve themselves in the designated Potty Area outside the dog daycare before entering. Always have them on a leash, and remember to lock retractable leashes at six feet or less.
Safety First
Remove collars and harnesses before letting your dog enter the play areas. We prioritize safety and avoid any potential hazards.
Play Time
Your pet will enjoy doggy daycare with their fellow canine pals, engaging in different activities like agility & luring courses, nose work, and beginner training games, depending on the package you choose.
Pick-Up
Inform our staff about your expected pick-up time. If someone else is picking up your dog, notify a team member. When you come to collect your dog, they might be tired from all the play – a sign of a fun-filled day!
Feedback
We’ll let you know of any noteworthy incidents or behavior we observed during their stay.
Bring your dog(s) to Daycare. At Daycare, they are surrounded by other playful dogs and friendly humans. They’re able to interact with their Daycare friends and release that energy that most dogs have in abundance.
FAQ’s
What if my dog doesn’t get along with others?
During the orientation day, our trained staff screens out any unfriendly or unsocial dogs. We ensure that each dog is placed in a group they are comfortable with, this is part of our efforts to offer the dogs that stay with us individualized care.
Can I bring my dog anytime?
For the free orientation day, dogs must be dropped off before 3 pm. Otherwise, the doggy daycare hours depend on the package chosen.
What happens if my dog gets injured during play?
While we take every precaution to avoid injuries, dogs can occasionally get minor scrapes from rough play. We will inform you of any incidents we notice, and if you find anything we might have missed, please let us know.
What if my dog gets fleas while at the daycare?
All dogs entering our facility must be on a monthly flea/tick preventative. If we notice fleas on your dog during their stay, we will separate them from the playgroup to prevent any spread. We never keep pet parents in the dark.
Can older dogs join the daycare?
Absolutely! While puppies might enjoy the intense play, some senior dogs also appreciate the activity. However, as dogs grow older, their tolerance for rambunctious play may decrease. It’s essential to know your dog's comfort and interest level. Pet care is often about figuring out the individual dog and what they need to be happy!
Can I tour the facility before deciding?
Certainly! We encourage you to visit our facility to get a feel for the environment and ask any additional questions you might have before sending your pet for dog boarding.
Do you have any provisions for dogs with special needs or medical conditions?
We aim to cater to all our canine guests. If your dog has special needs or a medical condition, please discuss it with our team in advance so we can make necessary accommodations.
What measures are in place in case of a medical emergency?
The safety and well-being of our guests are our top priorities. In case of any medical emergencies, we have procedures in place to ensure prompt attention and care. We also maintain updated emergency contact details for all pet parents.
